Speculation regarding Daniel Craig’s future as the worlds greatest super spy James Bond has been a hot topic of conversation since the release of Spectre last year.
After publically announcing he’d rather “break a glass and slash his wrists”, Craig reportedly turned down a $150 million deal from Sony Pictures to return for two more outings as 007.
A colossal amount of money, but considering Craig has become the most commercially successful Bond since taking over the role in 2006, it would perhaps be a wise investment for the movie studio.
Now with a recently confirmed release date for Bond 25, 8 November 2019 to be more precise, it appears Daniel Craig might be about to confirm his involvement in the project.
Several sources close to the actor are reporting that Craig is now committed to Bond 25, at least to give himself a proper send off after the disappointing performance of Spectre that saw director Sam Mendes step down from the franchise.
This is of course pure speculation at this point, but considering the epic paycheck awaiting Craig if he signs on the dotted line, we can assume Bond 25 will be something truly special.
