Warner Bros set to announce future DCEU projects at Comic Con 2017

Warner Bros Pictures looks set to announce some exciting new projects in the DC Extended Universe this week at Comic Con International, which could include details and a release date for Wonder Woman 2.

The annual 4-day convention in San Diego has become one of the biggest occasions in Hollywood’s packed calendar, and often sees many exclusive announcements made in it’s famous main hall.

DC Comics will be looking to make the most of the overwhelming success of Wonder Woman this year by dropping a potential release date for the hotly anticipated sequel starring Gal Gadot.

With Justice League also hitting cinemas this year, Warner Bros will feel its DC Extended Universe is getting back on track and could even officially announce details surrounding Man of Steel 2, The Batman, Aquaman, and Black Adam, which will star Dwayne Johnson in the leading role.

DC will however have tough competition at Comic Con from it’s arch-rival Marvel Studios, who could be set to drop a world exclusive teaser trailer of it’s upcoming mega-blockbuster Avengers: Infinity War.

The star-studded third instalment in the Avengers franchise will boast an incredible 60 Marvel characters and has already been classed as the most expensive film ever made with a budget in excess of $600 million.
