Before you say it, this post isn’t about Ben Affleck‘s already known appearance in Suicide Squad… We’ve all seen the trailer of Batman chasing Joker and Harley Quinn through the streets of Gotham.
Instead, news has just filtered through from the people over at Warner Bros. Pictures about another Justice League cameo by none other than Mr Ezra Miller, also known as The Flash.
Fresh from his ‘Gandalf’ appearance at this year’s Justice League panel during Comic Con, Miller has now been confirmed for his second DC cameo in next weeks highly anticipated Suicide Squad release, having already appeared somewhat briefly in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The news was mysteriously broken in none other than a press release, handed out to those in attendance at Warner Bros. Pictures sold out panel, which showcased exclusive trailers from Wonder Woman, Suicide Squad and Justice League. Strangely though, despite Ezra’s name appearing on the press notes, Ben Affleck’s name was missing, despite his already appearing in several of the Suicide Squad trailers.
Its worth baring in mind that Ezra Miller’s supposed cameo could always be a clever form of miss direction on Warner Bros. part, to disguise perhaps a much bigger cameo or story event in the overall DC Cinematic Universe.
Guess we’ll just have to wait and see when Suicide Squad hits cinemas worldwide from August 5.
